CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48h of your scheduled appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time!
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
When you arrive at the MySalon suites, the lobby door should be open, but the door that leads to all the suites stays locked. There is a keypad by the second door. You just need to hit the #s 207 and then the green bell icon, and that will call me directly at my suite so I can open the door for you remotely! Then just turn right and my suite is at the end of the hallway!
If you arrive early to your appointment and I am still with another guest I ask you to please wait patiently in the lobby until I can come get you. Keeping the second door locked is a safety precaution for you, me, and the other guests and suite owners. We would appreciate it if you would respect the system in place by not piggybacking and coming in when someone else opens the door, and also not holding the door open for other visitors. We all run by appointment, so their service provider will be able to let them in when they are ready for them. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

I will go over my schedule and check to see if I can fit you in during my regularly scheduled hours.
If the time or day you need is not during regularly scheduled hours, I do offer off-schedule appointments at a premium rate when I can accommodate. These Premium Off-Schedule Appointments are at a $30/hour rate + the original service cost. If I have any Premium Off-Schedule Appointments available for the time/day that you requested I will respond to your email with those available times! My cancellation policy also applies to these Premium Appointments. I hope that by offering this option I can make fitting your hair appointments around busy schedules even easier!
